Tell us whether you need a single transfer or a vehicle for several stops. A hotel drop, a viewpoint visit and a transfer toward a trekking start are distinct requests. Include the final destination before asking which vehicle is suitable.
Which part of Pokhara?
Phewa, Begnas and Rupa are separate lake areas. Use a hotel name and map pin instead of only Lakeside. For a local excursion, list the places you actually want to see and identify anything that is time-sensitive.
Airport and trekking connections
For an airport arrival, share flight details and the accommodation pin. For a trekking connection, state the actual road endpoint, bags and equipment. A car used in the city should not automatically be assumed suitable for every onward road.
One-way travel beyond Pokhara
Kathmandu, Chitwan and Lumbini each have a dedicated enquiry page. If you want to return to Pokhara after several nights, choose a return or multi-day request and list the overnight locations rather than requesting a simple one-way drop.
Get the vehicle and quote right
Share passenger ages, bag sizes and any mobility needs. The operator must confirm the actual vehicle, capacity and suitability for this itinerary.

Ask what is included
Request an itemised quote for transport, fuel, driver expenses, tolls, parking and any applicable permits. Confirm the agreed route and waiting allowance in writing.
Keep extras explicit
Hotels, meals, entry tickets, guides, activities, detours and additional waiting are not advertised as included. Ask how requested additions or changes affect the price.
Before you book
Does a Pokhara taxi include a trekking transfer?
Only if that endpoint and vehicle suitability are explicitly confirmed. A city or airport transfer does not imply transport onto every mountain road.
Is the fare or vehicle confirmed when I send an enquiry?
No. WhatsApp opens a draft with your trip details. Request a written quote confirming price, vehicle, inclusions and payment or cancellation conditions before accepting a booking.
Can I book without a fixed travel date?
Use the dates-undecided enquiry link and describe your intended month or date range. The final quote and availability will need exact dates.
