Booking Questions

How do I get a fare?

Choose a route and send the travel date, pickup, drop, passenger count and luggage. Request a written quote before confirming.

Does sending an enquiry make a booking?

No. An enquiry opens a WhatsApp draft; it does not take payment or reserve a vehicle.

Can I plan a private tour?

Yes. Use the custom tour pages to share your destinations and available dates. Hotels, meals and activities need separate written confirmation.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Ask for the terms applying to your specific written quote before paying. The archived terms page preserves the earlier website reference; old charges are not presented as a current quote.

A clearer way to compare booking options

Start with the exact journey: pickup and final drop, dates, passengers and luggage. If you want a return, include both travel dates and say whether the vehicle should remain with you. For a private tour, list the proposed overnights and the final destination, not only the first city.

For a train or flight arrival, include the service number and arrival date. For a lodge transfer, send its actual name and map pin; Sauraha and Meghauli are different Chitwan destinations. You do not need to send identity scans or payment information to begin a fare enquiry.

Published one-way tariffs are available on the Gorakhpur–Kathmandu and Gorakhpur–Pokhara pages. Other products use a current quote. A displayed vehicle preference is not a live availability guarantee, and opening WhatsApp does not reserve a vehicle or take payment.

Check the written proposal before paying

Confirm the proposed vehicle, usable luggage arrangement, total and currency, route, stops, waiting and inclusions. Ask for payment and cancellation conditions applying to that proposal. Hotels, meals, admissions and activities should be itemised if requested; they are not assumed to be part of a transport fare.

If your date, address or itinerary changes, request an updated proposal and keep the accepted version. For cross-border travel, each traveller’s documents and the vehicle’s permit arrangements are separate questions. Use official guidance for entry requirements and tell the operator about any fixed onward connection.
