A shared seat, a private one-way transfer and a vehicle hired for several days are different products. First write down the pickup, drop, date, passenger count and bags. A quote from the border should not be compared directly with one starting at your Gorakhpur hotel.

NepalTaxi does not display an invented price where a verified current fare is unavailable. Send the journey details to request a quote. The enquiry is not a paid reservation or a confirmation of vehicle availability. Review the written proposal before accepting it.
Ask what the amount buys
Is it a total per vehicle, a per-person amount or a daily rate? Which currency applies? Does it cover the precise route and all requested stops? Ask for quote validity and any conditions that can change the total. A low headline with unclear scope is not a useful comparison.
Vehicle size is only part of the choice
Describe suitcase sizes, trekking equipment, children and accessibility needs. Ask for the actual proposed vehicle and a seating-and-luggage arrangement. A class label alone does not establish capacity, road suitability or whether every bag fits without reducing passenger space.
Make extras visible
Ask separately about fuel, driver expenses, tolls, parking, permits, waiting, extra stops, additional distance and late or overnight travel. Hotels, meals, tickets and guides should be named if requested. Do not assume that silence means included or that every operator uses the same charging basis.
One-way, return and multi-day
For a return, state both dates and whether the vehicle remains with you. For a tour, list overnights and daily transport needs. A car retained for local visits is not equivalent to two independent transfers. Compare the full written itinerary rather than multiplying a one-way headline.
Before confirming
Check the supplier contact, proposed vehicle, pickup arrangements, final amount and currency, payment schedule, cancellation conditions and treatment of itinerary changes. Save the accepted quote. Avoid sending sensitive identity or payment information as part of a basic fare comparison.
